Know all men by these presents that

in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy

dollars to us in hand paid by Enos Day the receipt to where of

is hereby acknowledged we do grant bargain sell and convey

to said Enos Day the following described real estate to wit:

North west ¼ and NE ¼ of Section 20 T 11 R 2 west containing

fifty five acres more or less commencing at SW corner of

James Hollands lot thence west (or then at) west to Ritaway

of S&N Ala RR thenst along ritaway south to Joseph

Spromirs line thenst east along line to J. C. Hollow’s

line less 203 ft thenst north 1045 ft thenst east 209 ft

to line thenst north to James Hollands corner thenst west

along said Hollands line to the beginning point to have and

to hold to the said Enos Day his heirs and assigns forever

Peace in and for State and County hereby certify that

Solomon Allred and Caroline M. Allred his wife whose names

is signed to the foregoing conveyance and who is known to me

acknowledge before me on this day that being informed

of the contents of the conveyance they execute to the same

voluntarily on the day the said bears date
