Know all men by these presents that

in consideration of the sum of

seventy five dollars to us in hand paid (the Receipt

whereof is hereby acknowledged) by William Covant

we do grant bargain and sell and convey to the

William Covant the following described Real

Estate to wit:  the lot in the town of Hanceville

Ala described as follows commencing in the

west side of Bangor street where the line divid

ing the A E Y4 and the A W Y4 of A E Y4 of Section

29 in Township 11 Range 2W crosses said

street thence on said line to the right of way on

South and North RR thence on line of said Right

of way to the Shirley lot thence on the line of

said lot to Bangor Street thence on the line of

Bangor Street to place of beginning contain

ing one and one half acre more or less to

have and to hold to the said William Covant

his heirs Executors and Assigns forever.
