entered into the day of Feb A.D. 1877

between Andrew Allred and his wife Luvica Allred and

  1. W. Strickland and his wife Sarah, E. Reid and John

Blackwood and his wife E.E. Blackwood, Phebe Hawkins

and Henry Tidmore and his wife Marilin Tidmore and

Mary Cannay a Guardian for Kansas Easley all of the

County of Blount and State of Alabama of the first

part and W. A. Causy of the Blount County and State of

Alabama of the Second part & witnesseth that the said

parties of the first part for and in consideration of

the sum of five hundred dollars to be equally divided

to each heir of Daniel Easley deceased the receipt whereof

is hereby acknowledged have remised released and quit

claimed and by these presence do remise release and

quit claim unto the said party of the second part

and to his heirs and assigns forever all their interest

in or to that certain piece of parcel of land lying

and being in the county of Blount and State of

Alabama knowned and described as follows to wit:

part of Section 27 & 28 T 12 R 1E beginning at the

north east corner of the NW ¼ of NW ¼ of Section 27

thence 30 rods south to a corner thence west to the

little Warrior thence up said Warrior to the section

line dividing Section 21 & 28 thence east to the be

ginning part also one acre more or less in the south

east corner of SE ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 21 all east of

sid Warrior all in township 12 of Range one east

containing in all fifty acres more or less together

with all and singular the tenements hereditaments

and appurtenances therein & belonging or in any

wise appertaining and also all the Estate right

title interest property possession claim and demand

whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties

of the first part of in or to the above described prem

ises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurten

ances to have and to hold all and singular the

above described premises unto the said party of the

second part his heirs and assigns forever in witness whereof

the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their

hand and seal the day and year above written.
